Although my my endurance is not as it was, I still find golfing(driving range right now), being outdoors on walks and hikes with my dogs is what I look forward to and appreciate immensely. While I live in Oregon currently, Alaska is where I consider my home. I'm also very fond of Arizona and New Mexico ( I don't think I'm confused, but being in one local has made me appreciate the other. I was with one company 17 before being let go due to my inability to return to work due to my leg. My mobility has improved greatly since my prosthetic and am looking forward to getting back into the workforce. I enjoy kicking it watching movies as much as going for long drives to new places or time at the multitude of parks in the Portland metro area. I am looking for a friend and partner that can understand and relate to the loss of a limb, wants to move on with life but knows that sometimes it's just not easy as "getting over it". |
