I am currently in the process of learning how to live my life on one leg instead of two. My true love is music -- choral, musical theatre, and keyboard. I've sung with civic choruses my entire adult life. Typically, I also sing with my church choir. I studied piano and organ in the past, but now I mostly listen rather than play them. Although raised a Congregationalist, my Priest (Mother Paige) refers to me as her morning-impaired, common-law Episcopalian. My mate's faith isn't important to me as long as he respects mine. That said, my dream would be for us to sing together with the symphony and at church. Professionally I'm a software engineering consultant in healthcare. Although I love my work, there just hasn't been much of it since 2008. Fortunately, I do have other legal revenue streams to keep me afloat. |
